Ch. 17: The Underworld

On board the Avalon the group looks on to see a large dirty looking city underneath them as they find a nearby clearing to land in.

            “What was that place?” Merry asks curiously.

            “That is Ulokin City, the scummiest place in the kingdom.” Alley says floating down holding an umbrella to block the sunlight.

            “So why are we here?” Akom asks curiously.

            “We’ve come to find a Sky Pirates Den and then grill them for information.” Alley says answering him.

            “Ah, I’ve been to this city before, the Sky Pirates use this place as one of their bases.” Joker says looking at the city.

            “So then the Sky Pirates are here?” Hama says shaking.

            “Hama, you don’t have to go with us, you can stay here with Merry and Kavo.” Akom says to Hama.

            “No, I’ll go; I want to be of help.” Hama says steeling herself.

            “Well I wanna go kill some people.” Mono says excitedly.

            “Well I don’t wanna be a burden so let’s get going.” Pox says thinking about things.

            “Well then, let’s get moving.” Akom says walking off.

A while later the group enters the city and looks around the city checking around for any sign of the Sky Pirates.

            “So then do you have any clues Alley?” Akom asks curiously.

            “I don’t know, this is the first time I’ve been here.” Alley says answering him.

            “Wait then how do you know the Sky Pirates are here?” Hama asks curiously.

            “I know, because I’ve overheard various conversations, by a few of the looters who tried to loot my castle.” Alley says answering him.

            “Looters?” Pox asks curiously.

            “Yeah, you guys aren’t the first ones to visit my castle, there were plenty of others, and I killed them all and drained them dry.” Alley says teasing Pox bearing her fangs.

            “So then, how exactly are we going to find the Sky Pirates?” Akom asks curiously.

            “How about I kill some people and get them to talk.” Mono says giving his answer excitedly.

            “That’s an idiotic idea.” Alley says responding to him.

            “How about we say we’re looking to be recruits for the Sky Pirates and then we’ll find their base.” Pox says giving an answer.

            “Wait, that might actually be a good idea.” Akom says thinking about things.

            “Huh?” Hama asks curiously.

            “We can pretend to be new recruits looking to join up and then we can destroy the place from the inside and then hopefully we can find the information we need.” Akom says explaining himself.

            “I don’t really like that idea, but I think that’s the best option we have.” Hama says giving her opinion.

            “So then where do we exactly go to sign up?” Mono asks curiously.

            “I don’t know.” Akom says answering him.

            “Well we could, just ask around.” Pox says giving her opinion.

            “Well, I think that might be our only choice.” Akom says relenting. “Okay guys, let’s look around.” Akom says ordering the group.
